Welcome to Indian Democracy

We Indians boast about being largest democracy in the world. Many countries see our system as an ideal political and Democratic establishment. Newly independent countries (from dictatorship) seek our officials to help them establish democratic system in their respective countries. But all that glitters is really gold?
Myself a common guy who observes things happening around him. I'll cast my first vote soon. As anyone would think I'll choose among highly qualified leaders competing one another, one edging other in their respective fields and I'll be wondering whom to vote? Actually no.
I'll have to choose from criminals among whom a kidnapper would be most innocent has he competes with rapists, murderers . Welcome to Indian democracy.
Anyone who do not have criminal background simply doesn't fits for being a politician. This is unwritten rule number one on 'How to be a politician in India' if you ask me. Ok so you have 3 murder cases,6 kidnappings? Welcome aboard you are ready to fight elections.
This tendency comes deep down from University union elections via Rajyasabha to Loksabha elections. Its a shame. Indian democratic establishment is the mockery of Democracy where a lamb has to chose among wolfs, who is gona eat him.
Its not only about politicians, Most part of the blame goes to voters who cast their vote to 'powerful' candidate not rightful, deserving one. He decides upon who poured money on him a night before voting day, who provided him free goods, Candidate's caste, religion, region and most of all, The fear factor!
What i discussed above was only tip of iceberg and was to generalize someone's view about Indian democracy. Flaws are so many that i don't even consider them flaws, they, to me, seem like being willingly fabricated into the system, with consequences well kept in mind. 

Why this frequent outburst? Are we really free?

The Anna Hazare saga, Arvind Kejriwal saga and Now the Delhi gang-rape case.

Yes it must be a common question that one might ask why people are taking streets so frequently? specially the youth? the thing which Indians of older generations (the 50s) thought doesn't exist no more? This 50s generation saw there fathers on streets and now are some what baffled seeing their sons ready to take the siege to government.

Truth is the youth on street has a faint idea now that they are not free. yes the faint idea because they themselves  not know the root of problem, they think venting out anger like this could help them achieving what they think is solution, of which they do not know exactly what it is. This cannot bring success. I'll tell you why


FREEDOM is a magnificent thing. But we have a saying that only hard earned things are cherished for life. Yes you get my course right, the problem lies exactly there, 1947. We are, i say, ill-fated that we got freedom under the leadership of Mr.Gandhi (no offense to this man) thinking non-violence had worked, which in truth was not the case. It was actually war torn British Empire's woes that we get to get free as they didn't had armies to manage large colonies so they break free large countries like India while still controlling most of Africa. Gandhi made us believe about non-violence thing while we have Bhagat sigh, Rajguru, Bismil who knew the smell of blood and know how actually freedom is earned. What we enjoy is actually a gift, which we never deserved or were worthy of it.

LEADERSHIP is important, but it is more important to question your leader. We, these days prefer to lay hand on someones shoulders and then relying on them to drive through, but we forget at the same time that we are actually killing our inner self. No men are equal and never will be so why believe on someone else to complete your journey? toady we have tendency to grant our leadership to anyone who has a fame. And then they exploit us to get their own way. Mr Anna, Arvind kejri, Kiran bedi, Mr Ramdev, Gen Vk singh, Congressians, BJPians all fall in this line.


ANGER shall not let to calm down until GOAL is reached. We always failed to understand what our goal was, and we forget to continue pursue it when our other wishes are fulfilled. we get excited too quickly, we go to roads, we feel the heat then we return back like nothing happen because our thirst get quenched by silly speeches and off-course persuasive media.

COURSE of journey is measure how successful this journey gonna be. During recent agitations we got deviated from the main course and i fear that would happen again. Last year we jumped in, to battle corruption which ended in fighting against congress who pressed the issue and now we never think of it as it never happened.

Our ruling folks, Congress olds and BJP ones actually take this freedom for granted believing same crap non-violence ideology. Thats why they enjoy power, they lack compassion, they lack the thinking of nationalism. Where there was blood spilled, There is a great land now. Let it be USA, China, Russia or Japan examples are enormous.


I think its time we should take on government with this rape case as a base, then to build up upon issues, stopping only after toppling this system over which successive governments rule, snatch the power from these hypocrites, stopping only when we too smell blood and bones..
